Trading Analyst

AltCryptoTalk is a community for crypto traders focused on finding low cap and mid cap altcoins with the potential to generate high returns. We are a helpful and educational community on Discord, dedicated to helping new traders learn and succeed in the world of crypto trading.

We are always seeking for traders to join our team. As a Trading Analyst, you will be responsible for sharing trading ideas and technical analysis with our community members. You will have the opportunity to work alongside experienced traders and learn from the best in the business.

KPIs

As a trader in the AltCryptoTalk Discord, you have the following monthly target:

• Post a minimum of 25 trading calls a month in your own premium call channel.
• Post a minimum of 4 trading calls a month in our free signal channel (no duplicates of premium calls)
• Achieve a minimum monthly ROI of +80% (unleveraged). Losses will be deducted from wins.
• Post at least ONE call every 4 days.
• Achieve a win rate of at least 60%
• No stop loss should be set below liquidation price; if this is the case, a 2 weeks penalty will be given which means no pay for 2 weeks.
• You have to be an active community member; thus be active in the different chats/answer questions.

Monthly salary

We pay our traders based on their monthly performance. If a trader has met all (above) KPIs in the given month, the trader will receive financial compensation based on his rank on the leaderboard. If the trader has not met the KPIs, then the trader will not be paid for the respective month.

Monthly payout for posting calls*

The compensation you receive as an analyst is determined by your place on the leaderboard. The leaderboard consists of traders who have achieved their KPIs and is ordered based on total ROI. If several traders achieve the same ROI, the trader who has achieved this ROI with the fewest calls will be placed at top.

• 1st rank: $200
• 2nd rank: $175
• 3rd rank: $150
• 4th rank: $125
• 5th rank: $100
• 6-10th rank: $50

*All KPIs must be achieved to be paid out.

Payout for live sessions

Traders are paid additionally when they provide live sessions. This means this amount is added ON TOP of the amount for posting trades.

• Live trading session: $25 per one hour (max 4 hours a week).
• Educational live session: $25 per one hour (max 4 hours a week).

Live streaming requirements

In order to receive payment for your live streams, it is important for us to track the duration and content of your broadcasts. This allows us to share live shorts on social media and ensure that the educational content meets our quality standards.

How to Install OBS:

1. Download OBS Studio for Windows or MacOS.
2. Grant OBS access to your camera, microphone, and screen recording. Note: Restart OBS after granting access to ensure all features work properly.
3. After installation, record a test video capturing your entire screen, including audio from your live audience and yourself. You can test this by initiating a video call on Discord. Share your test video with the admin via a Google Drive link for verification purposes.
4. Once your test video is approved, record a real live session and share the video with the admin through a Google Drive link. This will enable the admin to process your payment and utilize the content for marketing on social media.

NOTE! Unfortunately, Discord does not provide a built-in recording function for live streams. Therefore, we use OBS Studio. Please make sure to follow the steps above and test a recording before going live for the first time. Recordings without audio or with incorrect screen recording ratios will have limited marketing value and will be compensated at 50% of the usual rate.

Who are we looking for?

• A trader with a proven track record in crypto trading and with a focus on low cap and mid cap altcoins
• Excellent expertise in technical analysis and trading
• Strong communication skills and willingness to help others learn
• Active participation in the AltCryptoTalk Discord community
• Bonus: someone who likes to do live AMAs, trading and education

Onboarding process

If you want to start as an AltCryptoTalk trader (TA KING) you will have to undergo an assessment, executed by the administrators and/or founder of AltCryptoTalk.

This will consist of a call to get to know each other, in which an assessment will be executed.

Depending on the result of the assessment you will be promoted to a TA King and will be able to post trades in your OWN channel, and be eligible for the payouts. In some rare cases we might need more information before promoting you to a TA KING.

If you do NOT meet the KPIs for a TA King in your FIRST week, your TA King status will be revoked and your channel will be removed.
